Downloading a free puzzle

Open the puzzle page and select “Download free PDF.” Depending on your browser, the PDF may download immediately or open in a new tab. Both are normal. If it opens in your browser, use the download or save option to keep a copy.

Saving a PDF on your phone or tablet

Open the PDF, then look for your browser’s Share, Download, or Save option. On an iPhone or iPad, Share → Save to Files is commonly available. On Android, look for Download in the browser menu or PDF viewer. The exact labels depend on your device and browser.

Finding a purchased download

Check the email address you used at checkout for your order email and download link. Check your spam or junk folder too. If you cannot find the email, or a link does not work, contact admin@cluesearchpuzzles.com with your order number and checkout email address.

Opening and printing your file

Save the file before printing, then open it in a PDF reader or your browser. Check the print preview and use “Fit to page” if the edges are being cut off. If the file will not open, try downloading it again. Contact us if the problem continues.

Are answer keys included?

Answer keys for the free clue search puzzles are sold separately. Product descriptions explain what each paid package or book includes. Check the contents before purchasing, especially if you need the answer to a particular puzzle.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a purchase made through this website did not meet your expectations, contact admin@cluesearchpuzzles.com and we will refund it. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order.

For a purchase made through another retailer or marketplace, use that retailer’s order-help process. If you are unsure where to start, contact us.
